Campus FAS allows faculty to enter tripartite information to track teaching,
scholarship, and service.

It is recommended for faculty to update information throughout the year and import their publications from other databases to include:

- Different Types of Reports
- Bio-sketch
- CV
- Annual Activity Report
- Accreditation Report

- Google Scholar
- PubMed
- Web of Science
- ORCID (Learn more on the ORCID Imports page.)
- Other Citation Managers

Who Uses Faculty Activity System (FAS)?
FAS is used by all faculty across our OU Harold Hamm Health Campus colleges. Specific expectations for entry and reporting may vary by college or department. Each college has access to several reports, including a CV template, Bio-sketch, Publications, and Annual Reviews. For a complete list or help with obtaining reports, please note the below contacts for assistance.
FAS Log-In:
- For Colleges of Allied Health, Nursing, Dentistry, Graduate, Public Health and Pharmacy - Login using your OU Harold Hamm Health Campus single sign-on (SSO) username and password.
- For OU College of Medicine including the OU School of Community Medicine Activity Insight, or College of Medicine faculty at OU Health who do not have a University email address click here. You may be granted a separate username/password through the College of Medicine. For OU College of Medicine faculty, if you have issues with logging in or need any assistance, please contact Samantha Powers, Program Manager - OU College of Medicine Faculty Affairs, at Samantha-Powers@ou.edu.
- For OU College of Pharmacy faculty, if you have issues with logging in or need any assistance, please contact Amy Williams, Director of Academic Assessment - OU College of Pharmacy, at Amy-Williams@ou.edu.
